Car maker Jaguar Land Rover has launched a TikTok account for its Defender marque, in collaboration with British rapper, songwriter and actor Kano.

The new TikTok account seeks to inspire Defender clients through innovative collaborations with renowned artists such as Kano. The debut tie-up features the artist alongside Defender 90, showcasing its design and unmistakable silhouette.

The launch of Defender TikTok also sees the brand form a new digital community in parallel with the community of Defender owners. Kano has an authentic and innovative approach and is a pioneer in the British music industry. The Defender account will inspire and connect with an entirely new group of people with content created just for them. Award-winner Kano and Defender 90 headline the launch as the Defender for a new generation – the ultimate combination of power and purpose.

All Defenders feature JLR’s awarding-winning Pivi Pro infotainment system, controlled via a dash-mounted 11.4-inch touchscreen. Pivi Pro supports Wireless Apple CarPlay as standard. Wireless Android Auto is also supported for easy music streaming and embedded apps such as Spotify enable drivers to easily enjoy curated playlists.
