Durex celebrates Pride with Fox Fisher Celebraxion Boxes campaign on dating app, Her

David Murphy

Durex has launched a campaign on the FLINTA (Female, Lesbian, Intersex, Trans and Agender) dating and community app, Her, which is home to over 12m LGBTQIA+-identified users worldwide. The campaign is for Durex’s Fox Fisher Celebraxion boxes. Fisher, the popular award-winning trans artist and activist, collaborated with Durex to create two unique boxes with queer-specific educational materials and goodies.

The campaign will include in-app media, co-branded social media marketing, an Instagram live event, and original content creation from Her brand influencers. It is running until the end  of June as a celebration of Pride. Durex has committed to donate £1 for every £5 spent to the Stonewall Equality Limited, helping to imagine a world where all LGBTQ+ people are free to be themselves and can live their lives to the fullest.

A Durex spokesperson said: “At Durex, we are working to build a sex-positive society, where everyone is supported with the freedom, knowledge and tools to be their true sexual self. We are proud of our important role as an active ally to the LGBTQIA+ community, and since 2021 we have been partnering with Stonewall to support LGBTQIA+ inclusive sex education because a study we conducted uncovered that only 14% of LGBTQIA+ people felt that the sex ed they received was relevant for them…Partnering on this mission with Fox and Her has enabled us to create something meaningful by and for the LGBTQIA+ community while celebrating, supporting and amplifying queer voices and spaces during PRIDE month and beyond. We’re incredibly proud to see this partnership come to life.”
