Conference Focuses on Mobile Content

IIR's 3rd annual 'Mobile Content' conference takes place at the Hilton Kensington in London from Tuesday 18 to Friday 21 November, and features a packed agenda, with no less than 43 speakers.
Bestselling author Tomi Ahonen will deliver the keynote on day one, looking at the seven unique advantages of mobile as a content delivery mechanism. On day 2, David Cushman from Bauer Consumer Media, analyses the role that mobile is playing in creating the 8th mass media. Mobile Web 2.0 guru Tony Fish delivers the keynote on day 2, a presentation designed to analyse the role of Web 2.0 on driving revenues from the mobile Internet. In addition, Sir Alistair Graham, Chairman of Phonepay Plus, will deliver a presentation on the role of regulation in driving forward the mobile content industry.
The operator community is also strongly represented. Orange's mobile advertising evangelist Xavier Perret will debate where the direction of mobile operator business models are heading, while Graham Thomas, Head of Handset Mobile Internet at T-Mobile International, will analyse how the mobile web 2.0 user experience can drive revenues in a panel debate with Melissa Goodwin from ITV and Flirtomatic CEO, Mark Curtis.
Other speakers include Burak Ertas from Turkcell, Jonathan MacDonald from Ogilvy,  Alexandre Mars from Publicis/PhoneValley, Sean Kane from Bebo, and Christian Lindholm from Fjord.
